1. Login to Email on mail.yahoo.com
2. Than go to Gear Icon on Right 
3. a Drop Down menu will open Go in More Settings In The same Menu
4. Settings Page will Open up
5. Click On Mail Boxes In Left Side Menu
6. You will Find A Option like disposable Email id’s
7. Now Create new Disposable Email id in the said Menu
8. Currently yahoo allows 500 Email id’s as Disposable Email ids

After This You Can Use all this email ids For All Your Clients.
